Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure the following:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and original tags are included.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Software, digital downloads, and licensing keys.
  • Custom-built or special-order items.
  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earphones, headsets).
  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation.
Return Process
  1. Submit a Return Request – Email returns@squaretech.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Await Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product – Securely pack the item and ship it to our Returns Department at the address provided. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item within 5 business days and process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds & Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@squaretech.co.za with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
